How can I book an apartment?

Either via a direct booking on our website, via the connected booking portals or via an e-mail inquiry.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you book directly up to 30 days before the booking period, 30% of the total costs will be charged. Up to 1 day before the booking period 90% and on the day of booking or in case of no-show 100%.

Are there bed linen and towels?

The vacation apartments have an initial supply of bed linen and towels. However, these are not changed during your stay. Should it ever be necessary, our washing machine and dryer are at your disposal for cleaning.

What costs will I have to pay?

Only the agreed accommodation costs. No additional costs will be charged.

When is the accommodation price due?

The amount for the entire stay must be credited to our account by the time of arrival at the latest. The apartment cannot be handed over without advance payment.

How can I pay?

We ask for a bank transfer before arrival. In exceptional cases, you can also pay on site without cash by card. In this case, a personal handover of the apartment is mandatory and thus compliance with the check-in times.

Where can I park my car?

Sufficient parking spaces are available for our guests in front of and next to the house.

How does the check-in work?

Our regular check-in time is between 16:00 and 18:00. Please let us know your exact arrival time approximately 1 hour before arrival and arrange an appointment to hand over the keys.
On request, we can also deposit the key for your apartment in the key safe outside, so that you are not tied to your arrival time.
Please note: In this case, it is essential that you transfer the money in advance by the day before.

How does the check-out work?

Check-out is regular until 11:00 am. You can leave all the keys you have received in the apartment in a clearly visible place and just pull the door shut. If necessary (e.g. destroyed furnishings or other damage), you are welcome to make an appointment for a personal handover during office hours.

Is there WIFI?

Yes, each apartment has its own WIFI. The password is stored in the apartment.

Will the apartments be cleaned in between?

Intermediate cleaning can be ordered on request. It is also possible to obtain fresh bed linen and towels. The service is charged on a time and material basis and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

I have caused damage. What should I do?

A mishap can happen to anyone. Whether it’s hitting someone else’s car in the parking lot or dropping a pot on the glass ceramic hob: please be open and proactive about it and get in touch with us. Then we can find an amicable solution.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Sadly, no.

Am I allowed to smoke in the apartment?

All our apartments are strictly non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outside.

How far is it to the highway?

The highway junction is just 5 minutes away with connections to Trier, Koblenz, Aachen and Frankfurt.
