How do I request my apartment?

How do I find out which apartments are available?
Through a verbal or written request. For a specific offer we need the following information: Für ein konkretes Angebot benötigen wir folgende Informationen:
- When should the apartment be rented?
- How long is it expected to be rented for?
- How many people should live in the apartment?
- How many (bed) rooms are needed?
How can I rent an apartment?
A binding rental is concluded by signing the rental agreement and transferring the deposit. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Therefore, the rental is only binding after the deposit has been paid.
What costs do I have to pay?
The following costs are charged for each rental:
- Rent (including operating costs)
- Electricity according to consumption
- Final cleaning
The following additional costs only apply when used (optional services):
- Internet flatrate
- Use of the in-house washing machine and dryer
- Ongoing maintenance cleaning
- storage room
Are operating costs charged extra?
Operating costs are included in the flat rate rent except for electricity.
Electricity is billed according to consumption in addition to the rent
How much is the bail-out?
The deposit is between €600 and €1,200 and is due at the latest when the keys are handed over. The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation or no-show.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes. The minimum rental period is 30 days.
Are there notice periods to be observed?
Yes. If you are renting the apartment for an indefinite period, a notice period of 7 days applies. Alternatively, you can sign a rental agreement with a fixed term.
How are the apartments equipped?
The apartments are fully furnished including a television and a fully equipped kitchen. You must bring bed linen and towels with you. However, these can also be purchased locally.
There is always one double room (2 x 90 cm mattresses) and either another double room or single room per apartment. You can request the specific number of sleeping spaces when renting and it depends on the type of apartment.
Exception: Studio type for one person with a 140 cm mattress.
Are there storage options?
Yes. If necessary, you can rent lockable basement rooms for an additional charge. These are of course dry and clean.
Where can I park my car?
There are outdoor parking spaces in front of and next to the house. The use of the parking spaces is included in the rental price. Please let us know your vehicle license plate number.
Is there WIFI?
Yes. Each apartment has its own router with WiFi. Use of the Internet is charged in addition to the rent via a flat rate without data limits.
Will the apartments be cleaned in between?
No, ongoing maintenance cleaning is not carried out, but can be booked additionally upon request. Cleaning materials (vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, etc.) are available for use in every apartment.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Unfortunately no. Out of consideration for other residents, this is not possible in our furnished apartments.
How can I pay for the apartment?
You can only pay for your apartment by bank transfer. EC/credit cards or checks are not accepted.
Am I allowed to smoke in the apartment?
All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking apartments. You are welcome to smoke outside.
When are the rent and deposit due?
The deposit and the rent for the minimum period of 30 days are due upon move-in at the latest.
Can I cancel a rented apartment?
Yes, you can cancel a rental agreement in writing at any time before moving in. In this case, the deposit already paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Is it possible to extend the period?
Of course. Please contact us as soon as possible. If it is not possible in your previous room due to a new booking, we will be happy to look for an alternative for you.
How far is it to the highway?
The motorway junction is 5 minutes away with connections to Trier, Koblenz, Aachen and Frankfurt.
